Katoomba

We spent last week at Katoomba, attending a missionary conference. It was a great week, with serveral thousand attending. We heard a series of talks, and attended seminars each day. It was particularly great to catch up with many of our friends. We stayed in a lovely house, and experienced the crazy Katoomba weather (hot one moment -misty and drizzling not an hour later). We had some family visiting, Nan and Pop for a night, and both Aunty Sonia and Elizabeth for an afternoon. We were also up there for Sam's birthday on the twelth. We made do with his favourite type of cake - a doughnut witha rather large candle.
