Wee Waa

I have had my first real country experience. I have just returned from four days at Wee Waa (Cotton country). I was invited to speak at Wee Waa Presbyterians church weekend away, which was an honour and an awesome experience. I met such a wonderful group of people - it realy is true that the nicest people are in the country. It was sad to hear (and see) about the hardships the drought has brought. It was particularly great to spend time with Kevin and Bea (and also meet their new daughter Lily), and Greg and Fiona who are wonderful friends. I wish I had a picture to show you!

The best bit was seeing Sandra at the airport to pick me up, and getting home to see Sam, Isabel and Joseph.
